michelin chef waiting staff helpful concierge beautiful deco
The location was superb. It was very close to the shops and museums. the restaurant had a menu by a michelin-rated chef. Stephanie led the waiting staff. the concierge offered informative assistance. Neusa was especially attentive. the hotel deco was modern and beautiful.
i found the lighting to be subdued in the room making makeup difficult.

The hotel is on a quiet side street in knightsbridge and very central. harrods is only five minutes away. This makes the location convenient for shopping and sightseeing. the area felt safe and upscale.

The hotel has visually lovely decor throughout. A designer clearly loves dark colors and mirrors. it features a bar and lounge area that are nicely decorated offering a sophisticated space. i noticed a garden view adding to the ambiance.

the breakfast was excellent with a lovely english breakfast. homemade hashbrowns and tasteful baked beans were included offering a good start to the day. i also enjoyed coffee and pastries one morning there.

The hotel location is excellent, only a short walk to key areas. the staff were consistently attentive. I especially appreciated the helpfulness. my room was ready early, and i was given a private area to wait comfortably. the hotel decor is visually appealing, with elegant dark colours.
The lighting in my room was quite subdued. It made doing make-up a bit difficult.

Staff members were polite and helpful from arrival to departure. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. i received really good support and effort . I found the staff to be genuine and caring, always willing to assist.

The bedding in my room was comfortable. I found it to be crisp and white. i slept very well there because the feather and down pillows were soft. the hotel location is quiet because it is located on a posh side street.

I found the staff very friendly. I appreciated the care they took in attending to guests. The decor was beautiful, it included many mirrors. The room had comfortable Frette bedding.
The price for a simple hamburger was high. I found the extra costs unexpected. It should be addressed by the management.

I enjoyed the convenient location. Staff was friendly. The garden provided tables perfect to share work time. I found the room amenities modern and comfortable. Breakfast had tasty baked beans. The homemade hashbrown was also lovely.
